Nominate In Flight for Best of Greene County

In Flight, Inc. is in the running to be Greene County’s Best Nonprofit and Best Community Event for our Cornhole for a Cause Fundraiser.

First round ends January 27th and if we get enough nominations, our second round will begin January 30th.

17th Annual Holiday Formal – New Record

Our highly anticipated Annual Holiday Formal on December 17th at the Grandview in Poughkeepsie set a new record with over 500 tickets sold! People from six different local residential agencies along with community members and those living with family came together to partake in the festivities. The Grandview went above and beyond to accommodate the expanding event by surprising us with an additional dance floor.

Arnoff Spearheading 2024 as In Flight’s First Corporate Leader

In Flight, Inc. is thrilled to announce a momentous milestone in our journey towards fostering inclusivity and empowerment for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We are elated to introduce Arnoff Moving & Storage as our first Corporate Leader. As a Corporate Leader in Innovation, Arnoff has become a catalyst for positive change for those with disabilities.

In Flight’s Holiday Party

In December, our In Flight family celebrated the holidays with a series of joyful events. After a three-year hiatus, our holiday party made a triumphant return, filling the air with festive cheer.

Our very own Maurice took the stage, showcasing his impressive DJ and MC skills, ensuring everyone danced the day away.

The gathering provided a special moment to introduce our new awards, dedicated to the memory of our beloved past employees, Bonnie Hoeft and Jon Thomas Tolbert. Mack Dan Lewis and Bill Powers were the deserving recipients of these awards, recognized for their unwavering dedication and embodiment of the spirits of these esteemed individuals.

We could not have done this without our wonderful staffs efforts – thank you again to everyone who made this possible.

Furry Friends – Donating in Support

Our Catskill Day Habilitation staff learned of our fellow furry friends needing supplies. With the help of our folks, they took at trip to donate these supplies for our ulster county canines.

Justin and Mickie of our Community Habilitation program brought their love to the Ulster County SPCA and helped with the cats socialization.
