Everyone can be philanthropic or be a major gift giver. Every gift matters in the advancement of In Flight's mission to empower people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In Flight's Multi-Year Giving Society (M.Y.G.S.) sustains the goals of our programs through monthly contributions of unrestricted funds, totaling a large gift over the course of five years. Joining this elite club of members is simple, select an M.Y.G.S. Giving Level:
Multi-Year Giving Society Membership Levels
Empower members qualify with a gift of $20,000 given over 5 years. Gifts can be gift as:
- $333 monthly for 5 years
- $4,000 yearly for 5 years
- $20,000 one time gift
Empower gifts are impactful leadership gifts that provide In Flight the means to achieve larger goals to advance our mission. Empower gifts provide internal vocational opportunities to learn employment skills, address the barriers of personal safety, and provide community integration opportunities.

Support members qualify with a gift of $10,000 given over the span of 5 years. Gifts can be given:
- $166 monthly for 5 years
- $2,000 per year for 5 years
- $10,000 one time gift
Support gifts offer unrestricted funds to provide sustainability to our programs and services. These gifts can provide technological updates to our programs, provide community integration opportunities to the programs. Support gifts address the barriers of independence by providing tools to learn household skills.

Advocate members qualify with a gift of $5,000 given over the span of 5 years. Gifts can be given:
- $83 monthly for 5 years
- $1,000 per year for 5 years
- $5,000 one time gift
Advocate gifts offer unrestricted funds to provide sustainability to our programs and services. These gifts can offset the costs of supplies for programs and provide community integration opportunities. Support gifts support inclusion and allow people with disabilities to explore their hobbies and interests as well as be active members of their community.
