Kayleigh Mabb – LPN

Kayleigh is an amazing team player. She is so helpful and is always willing to lend her hand and knowledge to Catskill Day Hab. She is always upbeat and full of life. Kayleigh is kind, determined, and always goes the extra mile. We would not be the team we are without her. She is truly an inspiration and a great asset to In Flight. We just adore her!

Advocacy in Action!

Our Catskill I-SAIL took a trip to the Albany Capital building to advocate alongside fellow agencies across the state. This was one of many events agencies like In Flight have attended to advocate for the following to be included in the 2025 Executive Budget:

Investment in Direct Support Professional Wages in the form of a Direct Support Wage Enhancement (DSWE)
A 3.2% cost of living adjustment for non-profit I/DD service providers to meet rising costs as a result of inflation and keep our system from slipping further.

Spring has Sprung!

Spring has Sprung at the Catskill Day Habilitation program, where creativity blossoms alongside the flowers. Participants have been busy with arts and crafts, exploring the vibrant world of flowers and bugs through engaging lessons and even creating their own imaginative bugs. Recently, they volunteered at the Catskill Library, followed by an enriching lesson. Sensory and memory games continue to be a highlight, making learning both enjoyable and memorable for all involved.

First Game of The Season!

In Flight’s very own Special Olympics Basketball team showcased their skills and spirit on March 24th at Marist College for the Hudson Valley Region Regional Basketball Competition. With determination and teamwork, our athletes demonstrated their passion for the game while embodying the values of sportsmanship and camaraderie. It was a proud moment for the entire In Flight community as we cheered on our team and celebrated their achievements on and off the court.
