Non-Discrimination of Participants

In accordance with the New York State Justice Center for the Protection of People with Special Needs, no employee shall discriminate against people receiving services and supports or colleagues based on race, religion, national origin, sex, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, economic condition, disability, or any other protected class under the law. All staff must report abuse, neglect, or harm of any person with special needs by law, rule, or regulation. Title VI

If you believe you have been discriminated against on the basis of race, color, or national origin by In Flight, Inc., you may file a Title VI complaint by completing, signing, and submitting the agency's Title VI Complaint Form from the Human Resources Department.

How to File a Title VI Complaint With in Flight, Inc.

  • To obtain a Complaint Form from In Flight, Inc, employees can contact H.R. at (845) 835-6060 or can find the form on the In Flight, Inc. Intranet page under H.R., all other passengers contact: Quality Assurance (518) 267-3080.
  • In addition to the complaint process at In Flight Inc., complaints may be filed directly with the New York State Department of Transportation's Office of Diversity and Opportunity, 50 Wolf Rd., 6th Floor, Albany, NY 12232, and/or the Federal Transit Administration, Office of Civil Rights, Attention: Title VI Program Coordinator, East Building, 5th Floor – TCR, 1200 New Jersey Ave., SE Washington DC 20590.
  • Complaints must be filed within 180 days following the date of the alleged discriminatory occurrence and should contain as much detailed information about the alleged discrimination as possible.
  • The form must be signed and dated and include your contact information.
