Paul Zietsman, I-SAIL Manager, is Our Outstanding Team Member

Paul Zietsman, In Flight’s I-SAIL Manager, has made tremendous strides in his role over the past six and a half years. He has grown from being a job coach to a SEMP Manager and now overseeing all In Flight’s Success Academy for Independent Living (I-SAIL) services. Under his leadership, his team successfully restored program enrollment for both I-SAIL locations and SEMP services over the past year.

Paul is always ready to lend a hand, stepping in whenever a co-worker or department needs support. He is known for his respectful demeanor and consistently positive attitude, maintaining an “always well” mindset no matter the circumstances.

Each day, Paul works tirelessly to ensure we deliver exceptional services that empower individuals attending Day Hab WOW (Day Habilitation Without Walls), a core part of I-SAIL that fosters independence and community integration through hands-on learning experiences; Community Pre-Voc, which helps individuals build essential workplace skills through structured training and volunteer opportunities; and Supported Employment (SEMP), which provides job coaching and long-term support to help individuals succeed in competitive employment.

Through his dedication and leadership, Paul continues to strengthen these programs, ensuring they provide meaningful opportunities for those we support. His commitment is a testament to the impact that passionate and driven team members can have on the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
