Natasha Morgan – Outstanding Team Member of the Month

Natasha Morgan, Life Skills Counselor in our I-SAIL Academy, is a wonderful asset to In Flight. Although she mainly works at our Catskill I-SAIL location, Natasha is everywhere lending her skills and compassion to our folks.

There have been numerous occasions at Catskill I-SAIL where you see Natasha doing chair Zumba with our folks to encourage them to get moving to the best of their ability. Additionally, you can see her assisting with a cooking lesson to expand their culinary horizons. Natasha always greets you with a friendly hello and a smile. Other days, Natasha can be seen assisting at Red Hook I-SAIL, taking them on outings in the community. Not surprising, while enjoying the Finding Nemo Jr. play, guess who came in with one of our residential homes, but Natasha. She was picking up shifts in our Residential Program and bringing our guys to the show followed by a nice dinner. Just to have a conversation with Natasha you can see she has a passion for her work. Natasha truly wants to make a difference in her field and is an asset to In Flight.
