Congratulations Johnneau McCart for being In Flight’s Direct Support Professional of the Month this October! Your dedication to the people we support does not go unnoticed.
Johnneau “John” McCart is In Flight’s December DSP of the Month and we are extremely grateful for him to be a part of the In Flight team! Not only was he helpful at the most critical moments of a crisis, he was his manager’s right hand. John was a valued liaison between the emergency room doctor and his doctor. He was clear and concise with passing information on and never mis-stepped. John ensured continuity of care along with the health and safety of one of our individuals. He took the lead several times, calling with updates to his teammates and manager along the way. Johnneau is a wonderful example of amazing care and impact a Direct Support Professional can have towards an individual receiving services in a crisis but also his team.
