Lisa Seeley – Outstanding Team Member of the Month

This month, we are thrilled to recognize Lisa Seeley as our Outstanding Team Member of the Month! Lisa has stepped up in remarkable ways, demonstrating dedication, resilience, and true leadership. She has done an amazing job while Angie, our Ghent Day Hab Manager, has been on vacation. Lisa has been a solid leader for her team at the Ghent Day Habilitation Program. Her commitment and proactive approach to addressing challenges within the program have left an incredible mark on our team and those we support.

Over recent weeks, our program has faced several hurdles, yet Lisa has skillfully risen to each challenge. She has maintained stability and direction, ensuring the team remains focused and effective. Her actions have not only kept the program running smoothly but have also positively impacted the experience of those we support, fostering a welcoming and empowering environment for all involved.

Lisa’s dedication and drive are a testament to the values we hold at In Flight. Her efforts have not gone unnoticed, and we are so proud to celebrate her as this month’s Outstanding Team Member.
