The clinical team is working diligently to provide evidence based interventions to support each person receiving services. Our goal is to become a more ABA-oriented program by laying the framework and implementing strategies consistent with the field. Further, In Flight is proud to be continuously supporting staff in becoming RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians). This allows our residential and programmatic staff to receive specialized training and a nationally recognized certification in the field of ABA. This offers the clinical department the opportunity to be more engrained in the everyday life of the people we support.

The clinical department provides many different clinical and behavioral services. Our team creates behavior support plans, medication monitoring plans, and proactive guidelines consistence with ABA principles. Additionally, we offer other clinical supports using the principles and techniques of CBT and DBT.

At In flight our mission is to provide the most effective behavioral supports we can. We want to ensure each plan is directed by documentation and directly aids in the persons growth. Our aim is to use scientific principles to support the best life possible for the people we support.
